About us
TIAA Global Capabilities delivers high-quality global technology, operations and shared services to TIAA's businesses and associates. TIAA Global Capabilities' associates  work closely with colleagues in the U.S. and around the world to meet the needs of its ever-growing client base. Since its inceptaion seven years ago, we have played a vital role within the broader organization and has delivered exceptional performance with highest level of operational excellence.

With over 2,700 associates based in Mumbai and Pune, we  play an integral part of the global capabilities strategy for TIAA as we build technology, operations and enterprise-wide shared services across the businesses and corporate functions

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts drive our ability to be the change in the communities where we work and live. Our CSR efforts are focused in the areas of areas of education, the environment, and caring for differently-abled with a robust volunteerism culture.
