The Associate, Private Placements Client Service and Reporting plays a key role in the 3rd party client service and business development activities for the private placements team. The Associate provides timely reporting and communications to 3rd party clients in accordance with the client-specific investment management agreements. Working under general supervision, this job partners with other groups across the enterprise in business development efforts to increase the 3rd party client base. Additionally, the Associate works closely with the investment team to support various other cross-functional initiatives including working on and leading various operational and process efficiency efforts.




Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supports multiple 3rd party clients through providing ongoing communication, support and monitoring and ensures that client relationships are maintained at a high level through consistent, quality and timely communication.

  • Prepares and ensures completion of all required reporting including valuation reports, investment guidelines compliance reports and quarterly reporting packages.

  • Prepares quarterly invoices for 3rd party client accounts ensuring complete and accurate categorization of investments/fees and timely delivery to the client.

  • Serves as a primary liaison with the RFP team, product teams and sales teams as it relates to new client opportunities and leading efforts to gather data and prepare answers in response to RFP requests and partner with RFP teams in delivering a cohesive message.

  • Participates in client diligence calls to explain and answer questions about the business's support model.

  • Partners with teams across the organization to onboard new private placements clients, ensuring alignment and operational readiness.

  • Leads other ad hoc projects or initiatives for the private placements team as they arise partnering with individuals across the enterprise as needed, including system upgrades/integrations, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Base Pay Range: $102,000/yr - $143,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
