The P&BD India role will manage the managers responsible for all the P&BD capabilities in the India market including Competitive intelligence and research, Agile, Salesforce Analytics, Core product proficiency, as well as IMS Product Specialists, Associate Product Manager and monitoring and analytics.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Hires, onboards, trains, develops and leads the P&BD team in India. Role will ensure the development and implementation of:o Research and competitive intelligence programs and policies to develop data driven insights that support the businesso Salesforce dashboard/reporting to provide analytics to support the development of new businesso Product proficiency process used to design and deploy programs, tools, and resources into build, enhance, and refine an associate's skills and knowledge of our core annuity products and solutionso RetirePlus opportunity through successful implementation including compliance with the organization’s Standard Offer.o Handling complex global, plan and individual level research and analysis to determine root causeo Coordinates operational processes for the product or solution lifecycle.
- Upholds standard operating procedures, educating and enforcing adherence of standards across the team and establishes systems of controls to ensure quality delivery.
- Coordinates, communicates and establishes ongoing routines with P&BD leadership on and off-shore and partners with stakeholder to ensure efficient and effective delivery of key deliverables

- Coach and develop junior managers build skills and enhance productivity.
- Ensure proper alignment of resources across competing priorities
- Communicates insights from analysis to executive leadership in order to enable data decision making to improve business performance and operational outcomes
- Manages performance of the direct reports through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and projects, motivation and coaching and mentoring of the team
