Change Management Practitioner
The Change Management Practitioner supports the successful achievement of people-dependent return on investment for assigned initiatives / value streams. For each initiative / value stream supported, this role establishes metrics (speed of adoption, utilization, and proficiency), conducts an assessment of the change impact according to the organization's standards, supports communications and training activities, maximizes associate adoption, minimizes resistance, and achieves business results.

The Change Management Practitioner supports the successful achievement of people-dependent return on investment for assigned initiatives / value streams. For each initiative / value stream supported, this role establishes metrics (speed of adoption, utilization, and proficiency), conducts an assessment of the change impact according to the organization's standards, supports communications and training activities, maximizes associate adoption, minimizes resistance, and achieves business results.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance for strategic, cross-functional business line initiatives.
- Assess the change impact by identifying key stakeholders impacted by the change, conducting impact analyses, and assessing change readiness.
- Leverage structured change management methodology, processes, and tools to create stakeholder engagement, communications and learning strategies to support adoption of each change management initiative.
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics and identifies and manages anticipated resistance.
- Measure, assess and report on change management effectiveness for supported business program, and use assessments to recommend course-course corrections as needed.
- Develop an understanding of the business strategy and goals, organizational culture and transformation vision to ensure an appropriate change strategy is developed and implemented. Effectively communicate the relationship between interdisciplinary team strategies and changes occurring across the business.
- Partner with leaders to build change management sponsorship capability across multiple areas of the business.
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
