This Corporate Communications position leads internal communications for the business area(s) to drive associate understanding and connection to our strategy and help strengthen the culture. As a recognized thought leader in communications, this position provides strategic communications counsel to senior leaders and develops communications plans and messaging that inform and engage associates.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Establish a comprehensive internal communications strategy for the business area(s), in partnership with senior leaders and business partners and in alignment with strategic goals
- Coach and counsel senior leaders on effective communication approaches
- Guide and direct supporting communication resources/team members to plan and develop impactful messaging to associates and ensure consistency of messaging
- Proactively raise creative, innovative communications solutions and best practices
- Effectively leverage a mix of internal communication channels to deliver messaging
- Evaluate internal communications metrics and associate feedback and leverage this data to continuously improve communications
- Partner with external communications team members to ensure coordinated and consistent internal and external messaging
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

- 8+ Years Required; 10+ Years Preferred
