Vendor Program Sr. Analyst
The Vendor Program Senior Analyst job is responsible for building relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring that they comply with the organization's policies, procedures, and regulations. This job also identifies and evaluates potential vendors and assesses their suitability for the organization's needs. Working under moderate supervision, this job guides business partners in completing program requirements, maintaining the program and procedures, and reviewing regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversees day-to-day activities related to the vendor management program framework, training, tools, and systems to ensure compliance.
• Reviews and configures data to ensure quality and accuracy of inputs into the vendor management systems.
• Drafts contracts and participates in negotiations with vendors, ensuring that they meet the organization's requirements and standards.
• Performs vendor management analysis for program reporting and metrics, and provides audit and regulatory responses as needed.
• Monitors the performance of vendors to ensure they meet the agreed-upon service levels, and performs risk assessments on vendors to identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with their services.

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

• 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
