The Senior Information Security Operations Specialist primary function is to drive the direction of our IAM program to ensure applications and platforms within the TIAA environment adhere to security standards in accordance with industry best practices. In the event an application or platform does not meet these standards, the specialist's role is to assist a remediation plan in conjunction with various teams across the enterprise to achieve security compliance.
Cybersecurity is seeking a Senior Information Security Operations Specialist to join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Governance team. This position will help develop a mature IAM program through the collection, analysis and interpretation of data elements measuring the adherence to IAM controls and procedures across the enterprise. This key contributor to our team will be directly responsible for designing key risk and progress indicators around key IAM controls. This individual will work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment, having to work with partners across the enterprise and balance competing priorities while also staying ahead of trending topics in the IAM space such as the use of Artificial Intelligence to gauge risk, usage and accuracy of access and controls. The Sr Info Sec Operations Specialist will have demonstrated experience as a problem-solver who teams well with teams across the enterprise and acts as trusted subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate with owners of applications and platforms housing key data elements.
Devise, develop and disseminate new and improved assessments to gauge control adherence.
Research new technologies in the field of Identity and Access Management to continuously reduce risk exposure of the organization.
Develop KPIs and KRIs to track maturity of the IAM program.
Coordinate “go to green” efforts where needed to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
Develop data dictionaries to ensure clarity on data elements used in measures.
Work with operational teams to continuously refine processes driving efficiency in tasks.
Develop enterprise-wide dashboards leveraging Power BI and/or Tableau.
Educational Requirements
