The Digital Marketing and Media team at Nuveen is a nimble group the oversees a dynamic digital communication strategy focused on strengthening Nuveen’s brand and supporting our business groups.  

As we expand our team, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate with an entrepreneurial spirit that will lead day-to-day digital marketing strategies, executing and reporting. This includes campaigns across paid media, social media, email and website channels. Reporting into the Global Head of Nuveen Paid and Social Media, you will lead and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across our APAC and EMEA business and partner closely with client marketing, brand, analytics and agency partners. With your knowledge of the evolving digital marketing space, you will keep internal leadership and marketing leaders updated on campaign progress and success. You will also engage and influence stakeholders across the organization with respect to digital marketing outcomes. 

Role/Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for Nuveen’s global digital marketing campaigns 

  • Align with analytics and agency partners to track, measure and optimize paid and owned campaigns, with the goal of driving positive business results.  

  • Drive innovation across digital content, within the B2B and asset management space and to elevate the Nuveen brand among key financial advisors and global institutional investors. 

  • Partner closely with Nuveen client marketing leads to deliver on campaign goals.  

  • Work to support the development and implementation of digital marketing efforts to build and sustain presence in digital channels and to increase revenue and profitability. 

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and transformation. 

  • Impeccable attention to detail, specifically with budget tracking and reporting. 

Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in a digital marketing related role; agency or client-side 

  • Relevant experience in the fundamentals of media planning, digital reporting, budget management, flowcharting and forecasting 

  • Experience in SFMC or related marketing automation or Email systems 

  • A people person with an ability to build strong relationships with colleagues to succeed in cross-functional teams. 

  • Knowledgeable with B2B and asset management media tactics.  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at same time and a can-do attitude with a one-team mindset. 

  • Bilingual with a preference for English/Japanese or English/Chinese
