The Manager, Technology and Operations will play a critical role within Global Supplier Services (GSS) under the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). This position will be responsible for administering our key systems of record, supporting data analysis needs, and driving continuous improvement through system enhancements.




Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Administer and maintain key systems of record including PeopleSoft (sourcing) and Coupa (enterprise vendor program office)

  • Manage system enhancements and upgrades to improve functionality and user experience

  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain business continuity

  • Perform basic data analysis and develop queries to extract meaningful insights from system data

  • Monitor RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes and ensure smooth operation

  • Manage the monthly supplier contract audits, including data collection, analysis, and reporting

  • Create regular and ad hoc reports to support business decision-making

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization

  • Lead and contribute to special projects as assigned

  • Serve as a technical liaison between GSS and IT teams as needed

  • Provide training and support to system users

Educational Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and/or system administration in a corporate environment 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and/or system administration in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Experience with PeopleSoft and/or Coupa platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data manipulation
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or procurement platforms
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with automation tools (Excel macros, Python scripting)
  • SQL querying skills
  • SharePoint administration and development experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps development and administration
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management processes
  • Experience in financial services industry
