The Investment Performance Analyst – Private Credit will maintain and oversee daily rate of return calculations across the Nuveen enterprise performance book of record for the Private Credit platform. This analyst is expected to demonstrate proficiency in investment performance analysis concepts including measurement techniques and industry best practices for calculation and reporting methods. All, while exhibiting ownership and accountability for completing all deliverables timely and accurately.
The Investment Performance Team in Nuveen’s Global Investment Operations organization prepares performance calculations, reporting, GIPS compliant presentations, performance attribution, portfolio analytics and other related deliverables for Nuveen’s investment book of record. The reporting and analysis produced by the team is used by portfolio management, marketing, client service, compliance and other areas across the enterprise to inform investment decisions and strategy, support client retention efforts and promote new business growth.
Within the Investment Performance team, the Performance Calculations and Reporting team owns the Nuveen performance book of record such as portfolio measurement, reporting and benchmark calculations. The team broadly supports Nuveen’s internal stakeholders and external client base with subject matter expertise and accurate portfolio performance measurement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting to support a broad array of business requirements and use cases
Communicate effectively within the team, project groups, business partner and stakeholder communities

Investigate and answer questions from internal stakeholders related to performance calculation methods and reporting observations

Contribute to the upkeep of procedural documentation and identifying improvements to create scale, reduce risk and add value
Participate in cross-functional working groups and project teams
Educational Requirements
