Governance and Reporting Sr. Analyst

The Global Supplier Services (GSS) Governance & Reporting Sr Analyst is responsible for day-to-day activities related to the organization's Enterprise Vendor Program Office framework, reporting, and governance structure. This role uses data from multiple systems and dashboards for internal team reporting and executive level reporting. Collaboration with control partners including Operational Risk and other business partners is also an essential function of this role.



Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Promote a culture of vendor risk management within the first line business units

  • Monitor changes to vendor financial health and inform business partners as needed

  • Manage changes to vendor relationships considered outside of the Risk Appetite Statement

  • Research and resolve data mismatches between multiple risk management systems

  • Perform monthly and quarterly data reconciliations to ensure data accuracy

  • Manage change requests for Product/Service Relationship Managers and External Vendor Contacts

  • Assist with metrics reporting including adherence to service level agreements, key performance indicators and key risk indicators

  • Respond to Audit and Regulator requests for information

  • Contribute to program policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines and regulations

  • Identify areas for ongoing process improvement and make recommendations

  • Manage projects supporting program enhancements and process improvements

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

  • 2+ years of vendor risk management, governance or reporting experience

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of vendor risk management, governance or reporting experience
  • Previous experience with Third Party Vendor Management systems including Coupa Risk Assess and Archer
  • Previous work experience in risk management or vendor risk management
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous analytical and problem-solving work experience
  • Previous work experience with demonstrated critical thinking skills
