Overview of the Role

The RFP and Due Diligence (RFP/DDS) organization is responsible for completing over 6000 RFPs/DDQs on an annual basis and this role’s primary responsibility is to act as a liaison between the RFP/DDS team’s managers in managing workflow for the global team. In addition, this role will help support the on team reporting need which includes (but not limited to), weekly team pipeline, quarterly, semi-annual and annual team metrics that are shared with internal stakeholders. The individual in this role will also help support team initiatives alongside the Head of the team. This job interacts with RFP management, sales teams and subject matter experts across the business to ensure client and prospect requests are clear and serviced by the proper RFP/DDS channel.


Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work closely with RFP/DDS managers in scoping and assigning requests that are received through our team’s workflow tool – Salesforce

  • Schedule and host on-team asset class pod meetings to understand team’s capacity and areas of expertise

  • Responsible for team’s quarterly/annual metric reporting

  • Support special projects on an as needed basis assigned by the Head of RFP/DDS

  • Develops and facilitates relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.

  • Creates and distributes information on improving processes in proposal cycle to team and business partners

Technical Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Experience in managing workflow in Salesforce or other technical workflow tool

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally gained in a related subject i.e. Finance, Economics, Business etc.

  • Broad understanding of Asset Classes and products within Private and Public Markets

  • Demonstrable product/investment knowledge

  • Bilingual language skills advantageous

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project and PowerPoint and RFP databases

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work

  • Experience operating within a large, matrixed asset management organization preferable

  • Strong sales and client service orientation

  • throughout the organization, from technical staff to executive leaders

  • Ability to work with little supervision as well as ability to request supervision or assistance when necessary to meet deadlines.
