Workday Solutions Analyst
The Workday Solutions Analyst has a strong background supporting the employee lifecycle in Workday. The individual will support & work on critical programs and be part of impactful change. As a member of the Workday Solutions Delivery team, this role will play a key part in executing the future-state of the employee journey. This role also will partner with the Workday Solutions Lead to contribute in overall architecture and design consultation for adoption of solutions during BAU operations as well during change & enhancements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for Workday Compensation, Advance Compensation and Benefits business process configuration and support.
- Partners with product owners and HRIT teams to align on objectives and programs.
- Continuously balances the employee experience with legal and regulatory factors to optimize interactions with Workday.
- Engages product owners and users to understand their day to day use of Workday, including tracking metrics of Workday usage across the enterprise.
- Responsible for continuous Improvements and adopting latest features available to deliver cost effective best in class user experience.
- Creates and maintains documentation of business process, integration, and related data architecture to identify areas of friction, waste, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identifies and confirms technical risks and develops mitigation approaches.
- Troubleshoots system issues and performs root-cause analysis.
- Partners with Workday Solutions Lead to drive best practices with methods and tools to maximize the value of the platform.
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
