Client Portfolio Manager, CLO-Institutional

Nuveen GFI is seeking a senior client portfolio manager to support the ongoing growth of our platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The candidate should also have experience developing and enhancing marketing content that includes, but is not limited to, presentations, whitepapers, RFP/DDQ responses. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Supports and educates Nuveen sales for CLO-related meetings
  • Participates in CLO-related prospect and client meetings with Nuveen sales
  • Leads educational meetings for prospects and internal Nuveen sales
• Drives connectivity with investor relations, marketing, business development, and distribution teams across the broader organization 
• Tracks and manages FAQs from clients
• Works with CLO Investor Relations team to identify conferences, roundtables and speaking events and represent the Nuveen CLO platform at such events
• Provides input on and content for marketing materials, white papers, RFPs and client communications for new business and existing clients
• Stays informed on markets, opportunities, dislocations, research etc. in structured credit

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

• 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

• SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63
