AI Governance and Risk Specialist

Associate - Data Quality - IN
The role is responsible for the assessment, improvement and governance of quality and ongoing fitness-for-purpose of data, ensuring adequate data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes. Working under limited supervision, this job uses knowledge of the end-to-end master data processes and flows to design and implement master data management solutions in order to maintain a common, firm-wide data standard. This job reviews the work of lower level team members and partners with the team to implement new processes and methodologies as needed.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Able to use business rules to create data quality rules for execution in data quality tools
• Able to design, recommend, and create data quality observability / monitoring dashboards and reports
• Analyse data for compliance to design specification (source-to-target) and expected/anticipated behaviours, identifying quality issues and recommending solutions.
• Strong SQL background and knowledge of other data manipulation programming languages
• Ability to assist with validation of data quality rules with engineering and business stakeholders
• Documenting processes and maintaining data records.
• Adhering to best practices in data analysis and collection.
• Keeping abreast of developments and trends in data quality analysis
• Daily and Weekly Status Reporting
• Continuous Improvement in the Data Quality functional aspects
• Demonstrate proficiency and experience with data quality function

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

• 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
