Key Roles and Duties
- Support high-impact business initiatives by contributing to meaningful projects that directly support business objectives and client outcomes
- Collaborate on strategic presentations and research projects, contributing to PowerPoint and Excel deliverables and analytical materials that inform key business decision-making
- Support a variety of projects by helping to coordinate project materials and meetings to ensure seamless information flow across teams
- Drive independent research initiatives to gather market intelligence, competitive analysis, and supporting documentation that advances business objectives

Educational Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an MBA degree seeking program.
- Expected MBA completion between December 2026– June 2027.

As an intern within the Office of the CEO, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of enterprise-wide priorities TIAA. Working alongside a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, you will contribute to strategic projects that advance core business objectives.
This internship offers unique exposure to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Senior Leaders and provides hands-on experience coordinating internal and external enterprise activities. You will gain insight into executive decision-making processes while helping drive alignment across key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborates with the Office of the CEO to track strategic priorities and key deliverables.
- Assists with meeting preparation and logistics for the CEO’s internal and external commitments.
- Supports the coordination and contributes to the creation of presentations for internal audiences, including leadership updates and company-wide communications.
- Follows up on action items to ensure timely completion and accountability.
- Assists with planning and coordination of meetings that support business projects and objectives.
- Learns to navigate TIAA’s structure and collaborates with various departments to gather insights and drive results.
- Contributes to customer-focused projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
- Supports a collaborative, results-driven culture through active participation in team goals.
