Position Summary:



This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support of the Los Angeles-based SBAM team and would require approximately 20 hours per week.  



Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide daily administrative support for the SVP in the LA office as well as high level administrative support for members of the broader team, including managing calendars, travel and expenses, and occasional phone correspondence

  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including invites, notices, agendas and materials

  • Organize SBAM company-wide group parties and events

  • Interface with corporate services for office building related matters

  • Produce marketing materials for presentations and interfacing with SBAM marketing teams on general requests

  • Proofread and correct prepared materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, format, syntax and content

  • Update data produced by research analyst ream, as well as editing and producing trading updates (portfolio changes)







  • Associate’s degree

  • Minimum of 3 years administrative support experience in a corporate setting  


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in the financial services industry

  • High-level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with complete discretion.

  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, clients, consultants, brokers, vendors, and various types of dispositions

  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Previous experience creating executive level PowerPoint presentations.

  • Independent decision-making and sound judgment.

  • Self-starter, task oriented and highly proactive on a daily basis.
