The Patriot Award is aimed at recognizes managers who make a difference in the lives of our National Guard and Reservist that regularly face the reality and challenges of serving our country while maintaining employment in the civilian world through a wide-range of measures including flexible schedules, granting time off, caring and supporting family and friends and so much more.
