Helping our customers accomplish their immediate and long-term investment goals

A career as a wealth management advisor

Our wealth management advisors are equipped to meet the diverse and complex needs of our individual customers. They are tasked with managing and growing an assigned book of affluent customers, leveraging a robust team of in-house experts, including trust, estate, tax, portfolio managers and operational support. Because our planning-based approach is product agnostic, advisors design the right solutions that truly align with our clients’ financial needs and goals.

Abundant career development resources

We prepare our advisors for success with comprehensive training and tools. This includes a training program, mentorship program, peer coaching support, and ongoing education on investments, wealth management, new financial tools and company products.

Desired skills and experience

We are looking for individuals to join our growing, dynamic team of professionals who have three or more years of advisory experience as a lead relationship manager for high net worth/affluent clients, proven experience in generating business, and a broad background in retirement products, general investment matters and applicable tax and estate planning issues. Professionals with existing FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) registrations and appropriate state life insurance licenses are highly preferred. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation also strongly preferred.

Advisory services are provided by Advice & Planning Services, a division of TIAA-CREF Individual & Institutional Services, LLC, a registered investment adviser.
