POSITION SUMMARY:

 

This position is responsible for engaging, planning, measuring and analyzing TIAA’s Institutional Product Marketing programs and campaigns. This person will work directly with business partners across the organization to understand key information needs and work within and across the Customer Insights department to understand customer behavior and measure the impact of marketing campaigns.  As part of the marketing support, this person will provide feedback to campaign strategy through timely delivery of opportunity sizing, client behavior and demographic information, develop marketing program and campaign segmentation, define measurement and analytic requirements to meet program goals and objectives, apply optimization techniques that uses propensity and expected responder value scores and incorporates defined constraints to produce various contact scenarios and, ultimately, optimal contact lists, and defines and applies attribution methodology and techniques to produce campaign analysis.

 
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 
  • Guide analytic efforts to shape marketing strategy development and support campaign analysis, execution, and measurement

  • Undertake specialized analyses, and aid in developing methods for syndication of intelligence and insights across the company to drive action across the range of strategy, marketing, sales, and operational activities

  • Work closely with marketing and business partners to support the investigation/identification of opportunities for growing the business.

  • Understand the business strategy/objectives, perform quantitative analysis, and create business insights

  • Investigate, identify, and implement opportunities to improve the current process of tracking and reporting campaign and sales performance to evaluate marketing activities


QUALIFICATIONS:
 

Required Qualifications:

  • Five plus years of financial services related data management and reporting experience

  • SAS - Advanced

  • Adobe Analytics (Preferred)
