POSITION SUMMARY:

 

Work with the Marketing Manager to lead  marketing strategies and execute multi-channel initiatives focused on mortgage and Home equity lending products. The primary function of the position is to support ongoing marketing program management including campaign execution, from beginning to end. The position will manage the implementation aspects of a project, and will be responsible for coordinating with various resources that work on the project, including: analytics, creative services, legal, digital and operations. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is able to make decisions independently, as well as interact with multiple stakeholders to get a project completed, on-time and within budget.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 
  • Act as liaison with internal business partners, marketing partners and media or creative agencies to ensure all parties are aligned around business goals and marketing plans.
  • Identify and develop digital marketing opportunities and translate into strategies that achieve business and marketing goals.
  • Direct media/creative agency partners in the building and execution of integrated marketing programs across digital platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Instagram, Programmatic and other digital Ad platforms and networks.
  • Lead the design, copywriting, execution and reporting on email and direct mail campaigns.
  • Collaborate with User Experience (UX) team in developing effective landing pages, microsites and similar customer facing digital assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with the internal Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team to align SEO with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts across product and landing pages.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of campaign tracking elements including phone numbers, refer ids and marketing tags.
  • Improve campaign performance by using a data-driven approach for opportunity/issue identification, root cause analysis, and recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Create and deliver monthly reports to prove value to business partners, marketing partners and marketing leadership.
  • Support the development of the technical specifications of marketing programs such as creative briefs, test designs, list requests,  etc.
  • Effectively communicate with business partners, marketing partners, agencies and senior leaders as needed.
  • Manage the project workflow and delivery process including expense tracking and pre-launch communications.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or digital media role responsible for marketing strategy, creative development and campaign implementation.
  • Experience with the principles and practices for optimizing paid digital campaigns across Ad platforms including Google and Facebook Ads and similar digital Ad platforms, networks and capabilities.
  • Experience with Programmatic Advertising and Demand Side Platforms (DSP) and associated platforms including but not limited to Google Display & Video Ads, MediaMath, TubeMogul or TheTradeDesk.
  • Experience includes basic HTML Markup and can identify JavaScript code blocks to support tagging and tracking work.
  • Experience creating, scheduling, automating performance reports pertaining to marketing campaigns and web analytics in 3rd party analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Experience in the financial services industry and retail banking and lending
