Position Summary:


Responsibilities:
  • Owns, develops and maintains strong relationships with AppDev teams, business leaders in the Production Services, Enterprise Data Management and Cyber Security organizations
  • Open and maintain proactive formal and informal lines of communication as required to raise awareness across organizational boundaries
  • Coordinate and manage complex initiatives that are align to business objectives and goals
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations by analyzing, collecting requirements, scoping, assessing, and delivering solutions that address the client’s business requirements and are within the scope of work as agreed
  • Consult with domain and Infrastructure Service Architects end-to-end logical and physical designs
  • Operates across organizational boundaries (i.e. Cybersecurity, AppDev, Enterprise Data Services, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture)
  • Clearly and effectively communicates business value of technology programs to executive stakeholders
  • Manages stakeholders’ expectations and perceptions regarding infrastructure delivery of Infrastructure services
  • Identify solution gaps and opportunities to drive greater efficiency in service delivery
  • Collaborate, negotiate and collaborate with respective stakeholders
  • Manages the demand process including capacity estimating, project initiation, resource engagement and design consultation
  • Convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences
  • Guide business specific requirements towards corporate architectural standards and patterns, while considering shareholder value and negotiate exceptions as needed
  • Advocates on behalf of application development business stakeholders to ensure Production Services Infrastructure services meet their business strategies and priorities
 


Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical related discipline or commensurate experience
  • Experience working for a financial services organization
  • Experience working in a technology solution design and delivery position
  • 10 years technical experience across multiple technologies with an understanding of technology-governance frameworks, security, infrastructure and applications used in financial services
  • Broad technical knowledge around Server, Containers, Storage, Middleware, Database Application Development, Automation, Network and Cloud computing technologies
  • 8 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed, geographically and culturally diverse environment with successful demonstration of competencies
  • Extensive experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and how these solutions affects timelines
  • Proven success in working with teams and executive leadership in a complex / large enterprise
  • Excellent people management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate and achieve results through others who are not direct reports
  • Experience delivering results;
 
Preferred:
  • AWS certification
  • Experience with requirement frameworks
  • Expertise conducting presentations in large, diverse settings
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Significant experience with MS Office Suite
