QUALIFICATIONS:


Required Qualifications:

  • 5 plus years of relevant financial crimes experience within the financial services industry (e.g. fraud, AML, or operational risk)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
  • In-depth understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the USA Patriot Act, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) policies, Customer Information Profiles (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, including the CDD Final Rule and review of legal entities
  • Leadership experience in an operations environment
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and assess reasonability
  • Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or other related certifications
  • Knowledge of various AML typologies
  • Analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and execute on solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Participate and/or manage special projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Adaptability to learn new technology
