POSITION SUMMARY:

 

This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operating activities involved in running the Corporate Services business in support of assigned business entity. This role is critical to the success of the business entity and requires the ability to demonstrate evidence and communicate successful execution of its strategy. The position will ensure business planning and support activities across multiple medium to large sized areas are followed and ensure alignment with business strategy. This position will be responsible for tracking and driving to completion projects/programs related to the success of the business entity. In addition the position is responsible for coordinating overall space needs for the business entity to ensure present and future needs are met.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
 

Oversees the development of project plans and delivery activities to realize objectives

Identifies and manages, issues and change request to appropriate decision makers based on established escalation criteria 

Identify issues in current operating model; bring forth and implement procedural changes and solutions to streamline business deliverables

Assists in business management problem solving, program/project planning, development, and execution of Corporate Services’ stated goals and objectives

Serves as Business Area Space Coordinator (BASC) for the assigned entity

 

Required:

7+ Years experience in Business planning

Preferred:

Degree required equivalent to BA/BS. Would possibly consider someone without a degree if they had significant background in this area.

Skills and Abilities: Normally receives sufficient day-to-day work direction and general instruction on new assignments.  May be asked to participate in and communicate relevant details on projects and programs that have moderate impact on business.
