POSITION SUMMARY:
 

This position provides administrative and processing support to a team of Account administrators in servicing Trust and/or Agency accounts. 

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Provides ongoing transaction processing support for client accounts

  • Assists in responding to inbound calls from clients and resolving inquires or requests related to their accounts

  • Researches and assists in the resolution of client concerns related to their account characteristics and/or transactions.

  • Identifies opportunities to enhance client experience through independent identification of account issues

  • Supports departmental projects on an as needed basis

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:

  •  1+ years of experience in financial services operations 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree

  • Trust operations experience
