QUALIFICATIONS

 

Required

  • BS/BA degree
  • 10+ years of experience working with retirement plans
  • 10+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience
  • Requires Series 6 & 63 FINRA registrations

Preferred

  • Demonstrate expert relationship management skills at senior levels. Track record of developing and growing business through these relationships
  • Expert understanding of the consultant environment, including their services offered, service models and the ability to adjust approach with individual firms as needed in order to serve as a trusted advisor and deliver dynamic solutions
  • Expert written and oral presentations skills; ability to create executive summaries
  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all internal business partners
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships and an in-depth understanding of client needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team

 

Please note: This role may be filled at a Sr. Director or Managing Director level dependent on the candidate experience.
