POSITION SUMMARY:
 

The Senior Business Management Specialist will support the operations and administration of the ERM Chief of Staff & Head of Business Management team.

This role will support the business management function in facilitating and executing a number of responsibilities related to the day-to-day operations – including, but not limited to – financial management, headcount management, policies management, risk and control activities, business reporting and metrics tracking.

 
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Financial management of ERM budget
  • Partnering with businesses to create annual budgets
  • Leading forecasting exercises throughout the year
  • Variance reporting
  • Ad-hoc reporting
  • Tracking and providing status on ERM headcount
  • Business results and metrics tracking and reporting
  • 1st line risk management for ERM – i.e. supplier risk deputy
  • Policies management – e.g. records retention
 



QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience with financial management, financial analysis, reporting, and/or budget management experience
 
Preferred:
  • Financial industry experience
  • Risk Management experience
  • Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.)and PowerPoint skills
  • Project and process organization and coordination experience
  • Relationship management and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience synthesizing data into power point presentations
