As a Portfolio Administrator you will have the opportunity to learn about our investment strategies and actively contribute to the success of the firm. Your role will be responsible for performing and overseeing account reconciliation, cash flow reporting, and maintaining accuracy of the portfolio accounting system. Additionally you will assist in other cross-functional responsibilities including AUM and performance reporting.



  • Oversee daily cash and position reconciliations performed by Outsourced Servicing Team, testing for accuracy, re-classing or posting changes, researching breaks and exception resolution

  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for custodian and outsourced service coverage teams

  • Monitor cash flows, including communicating and filing incoming client cash flow notices and maintaining a cash flow report, and gathering daily projected cash flows from custodians for internal dissemination

  • Perform monthly NAV reconciliation of custodian data to portfolio accounting system

  • Prepare reporting for Nuveen, such as daily flow activity, monthly AUM, and other requested monthly and quarterly information

  • Responsible for providing clients and consultants with daily, monthly and quarterly reporting and reconciliations

  • Maintain the private fund investor portal and assist with private fund onboarding and funding activities

  • Assist with account opening, closing and maintenance activities in the portfolio accounting system

  • Cross-train and serve as primary back-up to the Portfolio Operations Manager, with responsibility for other back-up duties and performing administrative tasks as needed

  • Work closely with the Compliance Manager to assist in the completion of Winslow’s Compliance Work Programs

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining procedure documentation

  • Maintain strong business controls throughout all work processes

  • Explore new approaches to increase efficiency and improve processes

  • Other duties as assigned




  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business related discipline such as accounting, business, finance or economics
  • Two or more years of  or more years of experience in financial accounting and/or operations at a registered financial services company
  • Experience leveraging Advent’s APX and other products within the SS&C suite preferred
  • Audit experience preferred
  • Exhibit high ethical standards and show respect for maintaining the privacy of confidential information

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications

  • Experience in reconciliation and problem resolution

  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
