POSITION SUMMARY
       
The Marketing Director – Lending Acquisition will be responsible for the strategic planning, development and delivery of targeted, multi-channel home lending acquisition campaigns, with an emphasis in digital marketing. This will include working with agency partners to define media plans, implement sophisticated testing strategies, and ensure robust measurement to report on marketing performance and business results. The successful candidate will have an exceptional track record of executing complex digital marketing programs and a demonstrated ability to work in a technology and data-driven environment to drive qualified lending leads.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILIES AND DUTIES
  • Develop client acquisition programs for the direct lending business leveraging digital best practices with sophisticated targeting, personalization and optimization.

  • Effectively utilize an optimal mix of media channels to include online display, retargeting, listing tables, social media, content, search, and email to attract and cultivate new home lending clients.

  • Actively engage with lending business partners and digital teams to expand and evolve digital engagement and education tools to improve the home lending experience and improve conversion.

  • Forecast, measure and communicate results of acquisition programs against business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, call centers, analytics and legal to drive results through successful end-to-end campaign planning and execution.


 

 

Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8 years of Marketing Experience
  • 3 years of Digital Marketing and Home Lending experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital ecosystem, including digital media players and technology tools for measurement and optimization.
  • Direct response experience and an understanding of how to maximize the full conversion funnel
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detailed-oriented and must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills with outstanding writing, editing and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and dedicated to team environment.
