This job is responsible for the day to day operations and ongoing enhancements for the TIAA Marketing Hub, a third party application (Aprimo Marketing Studio), to manage marketing productivity, i.e. workflows, activity volume tracking, and resource assignment.






  • Thought leadership on design and implementation of marketing and communication workflows that are simple and efficient

  • Ongoing evaluation of effectiveness of workflows to enable the marketing process, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Ensure workflows align to SOPs and adhere to process controls

  • Manager relationship and daily interactions with Aprimo and other vendors in the maintenance and enhancements to the application

  • Build and maintain standard framework for activity tracking in the system, based on needs of end users, and be “hands-on” with the data and development of the campaign reporting solutions

Required Skills
  • 3-5 years marketing operations experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Aprimo Marketing Studio or similar workflow tools
  • 3+ years of experience managing reporting process/resources
  • 3+ (Intermediate to expert) SQL skills and experience with large data warehousing environments
  • 3+ years developing BI applications.


Preferred Skills

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Six Sigma or process improvement training
  • Experience or knowledge around Tableau Desktop as well as Tableau Server is preferred (or other BI tools)
