Design and develop concepts for cross channel marketing communications targeting multiple segments and serving needs for all lines of business. Reports to and supports Design Manager as needed in day-to-day agency production.

  • Designs multi-channel marketing and/or technical communications to support the needs across all lines of business. These may include (but are not limited to): creative direct mail, print and digital campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, marketing brochures, and newsletters

  • Can effectively manage color, layout, typography and white space to create designs that are visually pleasing

  • Support Design Manager in overseeing outside production agency, ensuring the quality of designs for various print and digital. Ensure that team meets standard brand guidelines

  • Under Design Manager’s direction, help coordinate, assign, and prioritize high volume of design requests for internal clients across the company

  • Learn and follow brand design guidelines and remain up-to-date as they evolve




Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS (Design/Communications preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in and ad agency/marketing communication environments

  • Experience with:  InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop plus latest Adobe Creative Suite for digital/mobile apps, full MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); ability to prepare final creative files for print and digital production. Strong charting skills and knowledge of creating writable PDFs and Word templates.

Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of financial services experience

  • 1+ years of print, digital, and mobile design experience
