POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Consulting Services Associate will enhance the advisor relationship by working in tandem with the internal and external sales team.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


  • Collaborate with L&D team to keep all employees up to date with compliance regulations and relevant product trainings
  • Maintain education requirements and completion of trainings for US and global sales teams
  • Process check requests for meeting reimbursement and charitable contributions
  • Review expense reports for accuracy and submit with all receipts to accounting
  • Assist outside sales team in scheduling meetings and accurate updates to calendar
  • Order literature for upcoming meetings or as a follow-up to Financial Advisor meetings
  • General administrative tasks: Organization of conference calls, coordination of new hire training and production education sessions, data entry, calendar management, production of monthly reports, expense reporting, updating meeting notes, updating spreadsheets and performance reports

QUALIFICATIONS:


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Skills:

  • Preferably at least 1 year of sales, marketing or administrative experience 
  • Financial services experience is preferred
  • Familiar with investment strategies and concepts.
  • Ability of attention to detail with regulatory requirements
  • Ability to meet deadlines and strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of expense reporting
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with outside sales representative, inside sales representative and product teams
  • Self-motivated, with a well-developed ability to define assignments into organized project plans
  • Able to coordinate diverse groups and individual sales team agenda; strong skills as relationship manager
