Wellbeing at work during COVID-19

Your safety as a job candidate and the safety of our associates are important to us, so we’re currently leveraging virtual capabilities throughout our recruiting, hiring and onboarding process. In addition, remote work arrangements are in place for many positions through 2021.


We’ve offered resources and services to help our associates manage these challenging times, including: 

•    One of the first companies to offer full-time remote work to 99% of workforce and to implement travel restrictions
•    Webinars and information sessions with physicians and social workers 
•    New behavioral health telemedicine visits
•    Increased child/elder care benefits 
•    Free wellness kits and at-home or onsite COVID-19 testing 
•    Time off for vaccinations and testing 
•    Time off and payment for unused days for non-exempt associates
•    Guidance on benefits such as at home COVID-19 testing kits and short-term leave support
•    Backup care benefits
•    Messages on mental health
•    Protocols on cleaning and social distancing
•    Special recognition and complimentary meals for essential onsite employees
•      Home sanitization resources (in extreme cases) 

Additional support made available to associates and their immediate families who reported as COVID-19 positive:

•    Paid leave    
•    Premise Health consultation with doctor or registered nurse 
•    Door Dash/InstaCart Gift Cards or other grocery delivery.  Hot dinners sent directly from restaurants when delivery services were not available in remote areas
•    Care packages/cleaning supplies when available
•    Activities to help keep young children occupied 
•    Hotel accommodations for impacted associates and their families
