This entry-level program offers an exciting mix of strategically aligned assignments and professional development opportunities during an 18-24 month rotational program through the technology organization. Kent began his career with TIAA in the National Contact Center, working directly with our participants to provide guidance and education on their retirement accounts. His current role involves providing business support for PlanFocus®, TIAA’s secure website for plan sponsors.
