Technical Associate Program

This entry-level program offers an exciting mix of strategically aligned assignments and professional development opportunities during an 18-24 month rotational program through the technology organization. Recruiting for the program is done each fall with program start dates in February and July of the following year. Use keywords “Technical Associate Program” to conduct a job search.

Kent began his career with TIAA in the National Contact Center, working directly with our participants to provide guidance and education on their retirement accounts. His current role involves providing business support for PlanFocus®, TIAA’s secure website for plan sponsors.
